Hibiscus flower Mead made with organic Hibiscus flowers and Orange Blossom Honey.
Notes - Slightly tart and semi sweet. Meant to taste like the alcoholic version of "Jamaica".
Key Lime Pie Mead. Lime juice, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Tasting notes - Semi-sweet, slightly tart, "similar to a margarita"
Berries Gone Wild
Made with Blackberry honey, fermented at high temps to create a unique "funk". Fruited with Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, and Black Currants. Whirpooled with White Chocolate, Cinnamon, and Marshmallows.
Tasting notes - Semi-Sweet, "funk" up front, sweet berry on the back.
Empress of Rwanda
Coffee Mead made with Orange Blossom Honey, Figs, Vanilla, and Lactose. Aged on Bourbon Soaked oak chips for 3 months. Served on Nitro.
Tasting notes - Rich, Velvety, and Creamy.

Pineapple under the Sea
Dry hopped mead made with Orange Blossom Honey, fresh Pineapples, Citra and Mosaic hops. Lightly carbonated, best served cold
Tasting notes - Citrus, hops, and orange blossom honey.
Cherry and Vanilla, met with Espresso undertones. Unique slight "Funk" from Super Bloom Honey paired with Orange Blossom Honey.
Tasting notes - Sweet, tangy, and strong but crushable.

Apple Pie Cyser (cyser = Mead and Cider hybrid). Made with Caramelized wildflower honey, apple juice, vanilla and Spices.
